Our Story
Music & business have always been my passions.
As an artist, songwriter and producer I had never stuck to one genre, always exploring anything that made me excited - being a pop vocalist, being a DJ and growing up in bands.
One day all of these music experiences would collide under one manifestation.
I was referred to a team of choreographers who were after 'the right music producer’ for a new project. Little did I know, that project was The Dream Dance Co’s first concert Genesis, a Sydney based company who in the next 6 years would be a massive contributor to the commercialisation of dance in Australia.
I was fortunate enough to be in the right place at the right time, with the right experience. I quickly caught on to what dancers needed to move to and also recognised there was a massive need for modern music production in dance - something I endeavoured to offer. Word spread quickly.. choreographers, studios, concerts, competitions, TV shows, major brands, major labels - people from all over the world wanted ‘the sound’.
Fast forward to 2019, it was time for me to expand and reach more dancers in need of great music. For a whole year I searched for, trialed & trained like-minded producers. Producers who shared the same musical genetics as me so the sound wasn’t lost but only built upon.
In 2020 I was over the moon & proud to say that I finally have the right, boutique team of producers and was able to launch SOUNDMODA - Australia’s premiere music company for dance, available to offer all regions a worldwide sound.
